Aloha there! I am a computer science graduate student at the University of Southern California (USC). Prior to USC, I obtained my bachelors degree in computer science from the University of Bridgeport.
Currently, I am a graduate student researcher at the USC Information Sciences Institute (ISI) as part of the Natural Language Group where I am working on Machine Translation . I am very lucky to be mentored and supervised by Professor Jonathan May. I am also part of the PLUS lab where I am working on Natural Language Understanding under the supervision of Professor Nanyun Peng. I also worked with the Center on Knowledge Graphs research group on Knowledge Representation and Semantic Modeling under the supervision of Professors Anoop Kumar, Satish Kumar Thittamaranahalli, Pedro Szekely, and Craig Knoblock.
My research interests lie in the fields of Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning, particularly in Machine Translation, Information Extraction, Morphological Analysis, and Natural Language Understanding.
